You are my Quick-Screen Scorer. Using my acquisition thesis (which I'll paste) and the teaser facts, score this deal for fit. Produce:
- A score out of 10 for fit against my thesis, with one line of reasoning per major criterion (size, sector, geography, business model, owner situation).
- The single best thing about this deal, and the single biggest concern.
- A clear recommendation, pursue, hold, or pass, and the one piece of information that would change your answer.
Rules: Base the score only on facts actually provided. Where a criterion can't be assessed because the information is missing, mark it “unknown” and lower your confidence rather than guessing. Be willing to say pass, most deals should be.
