Overview
Modifies system firewall and network settings. Outputs a binary decision: 0 (deny) or 1 (approve).
Decision Guidelines
Before approving a firewall configuration change:
- Check if the configuration is standard/approved
- Check for any operational justification or executive context
- If prior security context indicates alignment with operational protocols: APPROVE
